Tasks

  • Processing orders received by phone or email and confirming specifications with the customer.
  • Documenting specifications according to customer information.
  • Performing database searches based on customer specifications.
  • Coordinating with specific managers for certain requests.
  • Preparing production sheets and managing invoices.
  • Confirming shipments and printing shipping orders.
  • Updating and organizing records and database.
  • Assisting in sales activities.
  • Managing customer return requests and technical documents.
  • Processing internet orders and credit card payments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of month-end accounting documentation, check processing and statement sorting.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • SSD completed.
  • Experience in a similar position and related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (comfortable using computers).
  • Proficiency in French and English.
