Are you a dynamic customer service representative with a passion for customer service? Our partner is looking for a motivated individual to join the team. Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will provide high-quality support and direct assistance to customers while handling essential administrative tasks for the smooth operation of sales and customer service management.
Tasks
Courteously respond to customer calls, guide them on the products and services offered, and accurately enter orders into the system;
Ensure order follow-up and maintain service quality while adhering to the established accounts receivable standards;
Support the sales representatives and forward new business opportunities;
Ensure the accuracy of order information, track inventory (pre-receipt, receipt, delivery), and regularly communicate with customers regarding the status of their projects;
Collaborate with the assigned buyer for product needs and track special agreements with suppliers;
Organize documentation and assist with inventory management;
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
High School Diploma or College Diploma in Administrative Techniques / Attestation of Collegial Studies (an asset);
A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a distribution/manufacturing/industrial environment;
