Are you a dynamic customer service representative with a passion for customer service? Our partner is looking for a motivated individual to join the team. Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will provide high-quality support and direct assistance to customers while handling essential administrative tasks for the smooth operation of sales and customer service management.

Tasks

  • Courteously respond to customer calls, guide them on the products and services offered, and accurately enter orders into the system;
  • Ensure order follow-up and maintain service quality while adhering to the established accounts receivable standards;
  • Support the sales representatives and forward new business opportunities;
  • Ensure the accuracy of order information, track inventory (pre-receipt, receipt, delivery), and regularly communicate with customers regarding the status of their projects;
  • Collaborate with the assigned buyer for product needs and track special agreements with suppliers;
  • Organize documentation and assist with inventory management;
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • High School Diploma or College Diploma in Administrative Techniques / Attestation of Collegial Studies (an asset);
  • A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a distribution/manufacturing/industrial environment;
  • Experience in the construction field (an asset);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (D365 an asset).
