Day shift from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week

Our client, a leader in educational materials and sensory tools, is looking for someone who enjoys working in a team, has strong communication skills and a willingness to excel to fill a position of Customer Service Representative for its Longueuil office.
Follow up on customer requests.
Ensure internal sales development.
Perform order entry.
Communicate contacts and companies to internal and external departments.
Communicate with customers (and companies) quickly and effectively.
Participate in the improvement of work methods.
Make calls and emails to respond to customer requests.
Develop new accounts to optimize sales (present and future).
Enter data into the system for incoming orders.
Guide customers in their order choices.
Assist new customers with the web account.
Follow up and find solutions when there are returns, complaints, or others.
Perform any other related tasks.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (or relevant experience).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to multi-task.
Experience with the B2B market.
Knowledge of the education field (an asset).
Good level of bilingualism - spoken and written (English and French speaking clients).
Customer service oriented, responsible and autonomous.
Communication skills and a sense of priorities.
Have initiative and good organizational skills.
Establish good relationships with clients, companies and the work team.
