Our Boucherville-based client, in business since 1975, operates in the communications and radio frequency field. They are actively seeking someone to join their team as Customer Service Specialist.


  • Communicating with internal department customers and suppliers about products and services.
  • Facilitating communication between internal departments (Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Production, etc.).
  • Following up on customer and supplier deadlines and requests.
  • Offering advice, solving problems, and guiding customers towards appropriate products and services.
  • Answering and following up on calls, e-mails and messages.
  • Processing customer requests for quotes and orders.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Respecting work pace and deadlines.
  • Upselling.
  • Performing data entry to maintain customer and supplier interaction records.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • At least two years’ experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Secondary School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (required to communicate with English-speaking customers).
  • College diploma or training in a related field (an asset).
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
  • Experience in a communications company and with RF communications equipment (an asset).
