Are you looking for a hybrid job in the hotel and tourism industry? Look no further! In addition to excellent working conditions, our client is offering you the chance to travel to France for a week as part of your integration/training! This is an opportunity not to be missed for an international company specializing in holiday reservations. Your role? Support users while developing excellent relationships with customers all over the world!


  • Act as a liaison between clients and hotels: modify reservations, handle special requests, and inquiries (via phone and email).
  • Coordinate reservation requests, including potential "book-out" situations.
  • Handle feedback, complaints, and claims through online tools.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with hotel partners and make changes to the account (availability, new property photos, improving offers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with account managers to optimize and improve partner performance.
  • Establish productive business relationships with hotel partners in various markets and cities worldwide, from Italy and beyond!
  • Perform any other related tasks.


  • Up to $5,000 in bonuses.
  • Up to $5,000 in weekend bonuses.

  • 2 days of telecommuting per week after training.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in administration, hospitality, or related field.
  • Advanced bilingualism.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the tourism, travel, or hotel industry (a significant asset).
  • Be available to work 1 month out of 2 weekends.
  • Be available to work until 6 p.m.
