This is an opportunity not to be missed for an international company specializing in holiday reservations. Your role? Support users while developing excellent relationships with customers all over the world!
Tasks
Act as a liaison between clients and hotels: modify reservations, handle special requests, and inquiries (via phone and email).
Coordinate reservation requests, including potential "book-out" situations.
Handle feedback, complaints, and claims through online tools.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Engage with hotel partners and make changes to the account (availability, new property photos, improving offers, etc.).
Collaborate with account managers to optimize and improve partner performance.
Establish productive business relationships with hotel partners in various markets and cities worldwide, from Italy and beyond!
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
DEC or Bachelor's degree in administration, hospitality, or related field.
Advanced bilingualism.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the tourism, travel, or hotel industry (a significant asset).
