This person will start her new project with 20 hours per week in customer service and 20 hours per week in inventory management, all in Dorval! Then, she will have the chance to take on more responsibilities and to invest in several large projects.

Tasks
Customer Service:
Respond to travelers' needs in person.
Identify and recognize traveler behaviors that may require your assistance.
Provide customized solutions to specific customer needs.
Go beyond needs, exceed expectations.
Inventory management:
Check merchandise at each door.
Collaborate with supervisor and forklift drivers to investigate root causes of overages, missing shipments, damage or missing freight.
Performs daily dock checks and ensures that all freight is properly placed.
Perform any other related duties.
