Day shift, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 40 hours per week
A recognized Quebec-based SME in the Canadian market is looking for your expertise, but more importantly, your sense of responsibility to deliver its products.
Our client, a local company that has made several acquisitions in recent years, enabling them to further diversify their offerings in the medical and paramedical sectors. Driven by a desire to evolve and innovate, they have carved out an important position in the distribution of specialized equipment by forming major partnerships and making multiple acquisitions of entities across Canada.
Tasks
Delivery-related tasks (2 to 3 days per week):
Drive a Sprinter-type vehicle to deliver goods within the Montreal area, throughout Quebec, and occasionally in Ontario.
Plan routes to optimize transportation time and ensure timely deliveries.
Load and unload items while ensuring their integrity and following safety instructions.
Check the vehicle’s condition, perform routine checks, and report any issues requiring attention.
Warehouse-related tasks (remaining time):
Prepare orders by ensuring the accuracy of items and proper packaging.
Handle goods using a forklift to ensure effective storage.
Manage the shipment of packages: labeling, tracking shipments, and coordinating with carriers.
Receive goods, verify their compliance, and update the inventory.
Maintain a tidy, clean workspace that complies with safety standards.
Perform any other related tasks.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Occasional overtime in the evening and on weekends.

Job requirements
Class 5 driver’s license with a good driving record.
Forklift certification or experience.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy loads.
Knowledge of shipping processes (labeling, logistics).
Experience with a Sprinter van (an asset).
