Our client, a specialist in IT solutions with over 40 current locations around Canada, is looking for a new director of franchising to recruit new partners Western Canada. You can be located anywhere in Canada, as the position is 100% remote apart from your business travels.
With Management, develop the franchise recruitment plan, including but not limited to budget, objectives, initiatives, priorities, and strategy.
Perform all aspects of business development including lead generation, sales process, territory creation, and the transfer and renewals of existing franchise locations.
Lead prospects through the on‐boarding process, including contract signature.
Assist franchisees with succession planning for the eventual sale or expansion plans and acquisition opportunities.
Complete field support obligations for newly on‐boarded franchisees.
Act as a brand ambassador and contributor within the IT community in Canada.
Carry out any other related task.

Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
Experience in franchise or membership sales.
Advanced French and English, written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem‐solving and analytical skills.
Strong business, financial acumen, and management skills.
Advanced ability with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, collaboration tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
Ability and openness to occasionally travel across Canada.
Awareness of the Canadian IT market (new tools, trends, and communities).
