Tasks
Act as a company ambassador by embodying Bedard Resources’ company values and as an influencer to your colleagues in the same sense.
Coordinate the internal HR team’s work.
Implement recruitment and employee retention strategies.
Manage and participate in the full recruitment cycle, such as candidate pre-selection to the final offer.
Propose and implement strategies to improve performance, moral, productivity and employee retention.
Implement a talent and succession development program.
Coordinate, attend and implement corporate training activities.
Support executives and managers in all change management steps.
Develop and implement organizational development programs and projects, such as team engagement, welcoming and onboarding, recognition, contribution appreciation, etc.
Develop, maintain and apply procedures and policies for human resources-related practices.
Guide, organize and participate in various projects and events, including surveys, employee appreciation and social events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement HR marketing strategies to develop and promote employer brand to attract and engage talents.
Regularly work in the different offices to ensure HR presence and to facilitate communication to create a sense of belonging.
Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Organization Development, or any other relevant field.
5 to 7 years of experience, 2-3 of which in team management.
Being fully bilingual (French and English), spoken and written.
Being flexible to regularly travel to our different office locations.
Allowing our HR department to check your driving record.
