For over 40 years, our client has been a leader in the construction materials industry. They are currently looking for a Dispatcher who can support their transportation operation at the Laval branch.
Tasks
Plan, organize and control the transportation of products to their final destination.
Keep the system up to date while ensuring the conformity of all data.
Validate timecards and trip sheets.
Respond to drivers' requests and provide them with all relevant information for their deliveries.
Respond to customer requests and keep them informed of delivery time estimations.
Collaborate with other branches to ensure collective objectives are met.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
2 years of dispatch experience (in the construction industry would be an asset).
Knowledge of Bill 430 (an asset).
Solid geographical knowledge of Laval, Montreal and surrounding areas.
Bilingual in French and English (both spoken and written).
