Salary: $75,000 per year
As a Dock Foreman, you will report directly to the site manager and will be responsible for a team of 10 forklift operators, primarily loading and unloading goods. What your team management experience has taught you is that when you have a close-knit team, you can lift mountains together!

Tasks
Manage your team made up of 10 forklift drivers.
Coordinate the loading and unloading operations of the freight.
Conduct regular team and individual meetings to share tasks, follow up on started tasks and performances.
Intervene in situations requiring solutions and decisions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's processes to always provide the best service.
Participate in loading and unloading operations when your team needs support.
Perform related tasks to assist your team.

Job requirements
You have experience in staff management on a transport dock.
You have at least 5 years of experience in the transportation field.
You have already driven electric forklifts, or any other related experience.
