Advertise vacant driver opportunities through various channels.
Review applications and request missing documentation to ensure accuracy in each file.
Be responsible for full cycle of Driver recruitment (pre-screen interview, on-site interview, pre-employment verifications, road evaluations, etc.).
Prioritize retention with new drivers and ensure job satisfaction or assist in any issues.
Attend conferences, job fairs and other networking events.
Carry out any other similar task.
