Evenings, Monday to Friday, from 3:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. / 40 hours per week.
Our client is a large company specialized in the fashion industry. It has a vast market with over 400 stores in Canada and the United States and boasts a strong internal workforce estimated at over 6,000 employees.
Currently, we are seeking an evening shift team leader capable of managing a team of 15 to 25 employees performing one or more of the following activities: receiving, stocking, replenishing pick locations, picking, and shipping.
Tasks
Receive goods and place them in designated locations.
Receive goods by container.
Manage and assist employees during goods receptions.
Manage and coordinate a team of material handlers.
Evaluate performance using various key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide feedback and support employees to improve their performance.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clothing distribution center, particularly in an e-commerce environment.
Experience with RF scanning system.
Excellent computer skills and ability to work with various processing systems.
Certification in pallet jack, order picking, and forklift operation mandatory.
Management experience.
Intermediate knowledge of English used 40% of the time to communicate with English-speaking employees on the floor.
