Tasks

  • Manually load and unload goods, ensuring the safety and integrity of products during receiving and shipping operations.
  • Handle warehouse items, ensuring their organization and storage in the appropriate areas to optimize space and efficiency.
  • Use a barcode scanner to prepare orders, following a list of products to be scanned, similar to a shopping cart, to ensure the accuracy and correctness of each order before shipping.
  • Use both electric and manual pallet jacks to efficiently move goods throughout the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.
  • Perform all other related tasks, supporting warehouse operations as needed, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Job requirements

  • Pallet jack license – an asset.
  • Ability to operate an electric pallet jack.
  • Comfort with numbers.
  • Good knowledge of French or English (to communicate with English-speaking colleagues and team leaders 50% of the time).
