Our client, a paragovernmental organization located near Sherbrooke station, has an opening in its research center. Reporting directly to the Human Resources and Laboratory Department, the person must perform the administrative tasks of the laboratory and manage several research-related files simultaneously.
The work is primarily focused on writing applications, updating important documents and editing articles. The person will be expected to organize and attend meetings on the subject.
Ensure the management and classification of files.
Handle grant applications and others.
Produce, analyze and update information on various industries (communications, notes and letters).
File efficiently according to the established system and coordinate the use of forms.
Implement the organization of administrative tasks and project progress.
Attend and organize various events.
Prepare documents for daily meetings.
Follow-up on the decisions made.
Assist the researchers and manage their schedules and emails.
Prepare and analyze the annual budget with the team.
Perform any other related tasks.
