As an Executive Assistant, your role will involve supporting and assisting the President by providing administrative and operational support in the field of events and communications.


  • Manage and maintain the schedule, optimizing time and travel management.
  • Organize internal and external meetings.
  • Draft and translate certain communications, ensuring fluency between French and English.
  • Compose and transcribe various documents such as texts, letters, reports, and memos.
  • Coordinate meetings and calls, preparing necessary documents.
  • Attend meetings and write minutes.
  • Prepare and manage professional expenses.
  • Plan and arrange travel, including flight, hotel, and restaurant reservations.
  • Receive and route communications, whether by phone, email, or internal channels.
  • Prepare and coordinate board meetings, drafting minutes.
  • Ensure coordination of special projects as needed and based on current events.
  • Manage meetings and the agenda of the executive committee.
  • Perform any other tasks associated with the role.
  • Perform any other related tasks.


  • 2 weeks of vacation in addition to 2 additional weeks during the holiday period.

Job requirements

  • A degree in communication, administration, or any other relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) both orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in event management, communications, or the corporate sector (strong asset).
