Tasks
Managing and updating official documents.
Updating employee training at various sites.
Monitoring ISO standard requirements and informing the CEO of developments, updates, or discrepancies.
Keeping up-to-date statistics and reports related to occupational health and safety (OHS).
Preparing agendas, reports, and necessary documents for committees chaired by the CEO.
Drafting, revising, proofreading, translating, and formatting various documents, ensuring their quality and compliance.
Managing invoice processing, including necessary verifications and approvals.
Handling filing and archiving.
Managing internal and external correspondence flow.
Coordinating telephone calls to the CEO’s office and addressing general enquiries.
Coordinating meetings and conferences.
Preparing internal reports as per the CEO’s requests.
Collaborating occasionally with other offices.
Performing other related tasks.

Job requirements
College education in administrative or secretarial techniques or equivalent.
At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in French and a good level in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience in the construction industry a significant asset.
