Tasks

  • Manage the managers’ schedules.
  • Review and format documents (memos, letters, contracts, and procedures).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail (physical and electronic).
  • Plan and organize appointments, meetings, and travel for team members.
  • Prepare necessary documents for meetings (agendas, presentations, reports).
  • Perform any other tasks related to the role of an Executive Assistant.

Job requirements

  • Diploma in secretarial studies, office administration, or business administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Work experience in an architecture or engineering firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent grammar in both French and English (must communicate and manage documents daily with English-speaking clients).
