Tasks
Plan the Director's agenda, taking priorities into account
Sort and manage e-mails.
Produce expense reports (review and approval).
Carry out certain file follow-ups and ensure that deadlines are met.
Keep track of tasks in personal and professional agendas.
Produce PowerPoint presentations.
Organize meetings (room reservations, technology and guest reception).
Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, etc.).
Manage forms for signature and approval.
Ensure hardware purchases, software support and management of media requests, etc.
Update the schedule of conferences, juries, etc.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities related to this position.

Job requirements
College diploma in secretarial, office or administrative studies or equivalent through a combination of education, training and experience.
Relevant experience of 10 to 14 years.
Excellent writing skills in both official languages.
Proficiency in MS Office software.
Knowledge of SAP (an asset).
