Our client, established in Montreal, is a third-generation women’s fashion distributor recognized for their high-quality creations and strong presence in the Canadian and American women’s fashion sales market. Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the women’s Fashion Production Assistant will ensure complete monitoring of the supplier’s samples. They will be the expert user of the Visual Next system. As Assistant, they will support the production and logistics department by carrying out various tasks, including tracking orders and communicating with internal customers.


  • Recording each style creation in the system (Visual 2000), ensuring standardization.
  • Using the system for data entry processes, creating styles, writing reports, and billing suppliers.
  • Collaborating closely with the company’s logistics team and warehouses, ensuring proper documentation processing and tracking of goods sent by foreign suppliers.
  • Participating in quality control processes and technical processes related to the production of women’s fashion.
  • Supporting the creation and modification of garment data sheets.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Experience in fashion design or similar field.
  • At least one year of experience in women’s fashion production, sales, or technical design.
  • Computer skills (Excel, Visual 2000 or Visual Next).
  • Bilingual (French-English) orally and in writing.
