We are looking for a talented CPA Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. As Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing our client’s financial data. Tasks

  • Prepare results statements per contract, ensuring a clear vision of monthly, predicted, and budgetary performance.
  • Perform equipment gain and loss per contract, making annual forecasts and reconciling inventory.
  • Price inventory and assist the immediate supervisor in reconciling the physical inventory and general ledger.
  • Ensure monthly accounting system module closures to guarantee data integrity.
  • Perform in-depth financial data analysis, evaluating their relevance and making necessary adjustments to justify the results.
  • Perform general ledger account analyses and auxiliary reconciliations autonomously, with a complex decision-making process that significantly impacts the profitability of the company.
  • Carry out post-mortems by contract according to established procedures, determining actual costs, identifying deviations from standards, and presenting conclusions at meetings.
  • Collaborate in the improvement and development of accounting systems by proposing recommendations and corrections to guarantee the integrity of results.
  • Prepare and document files for head office and external auditors.
  • Respond to requests for financial information from internal and external clients efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure the recording, classification, purification and conservation of files and documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform any other related duties as requested by superiors.

Job requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Fluency in French and functional English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Mastery of main accounting software.
  • CPA designation.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
