Day shift, Monday to Friday, Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Tasks

  • Strategic Fund Management:
  • Establish and follow a fund selection protocol.
  • Build and monitor multi-fund portfolios according to client needs.
  • Recommend new funds to follow and identify those needing adjustments.
  • Perform periodic portfolio rebalancing to optimize returns.
  • Financial Investment Analysis:
  • Provide expertise on strategic investment directions.
  • Analyze fund performance in client portfolios.
  • Monitor research reports on financial industry trends.
  • Manage risks associated with investment strategies and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Market Monitoring and Strategy Development:
  • Stay abreast of financial sector trends and investment innovations.
  • Monitor new investment products and strategies.
  • Develop alternative product offerings by identifying products that meet client needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Regularly engage with providers to assess new investment opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth communication with external partners to facilitate information sharing.
  • Participate in new product evaluation processes and recommend top options to the president.
  • Financial Planning:
  • Conduct retirement planning or financial independence plans.
  • Contribute to estate planning actions, including personal insurance.
  • Develop financial strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Prepare and consolidate client files for president's utilization.
  • Perform related tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
  • Holder of the Financial Planner (IQPF) designation.
  • Candidate (or holder) of the CFA designation.
  • Strong expertise with investment products (e.g., ETFs, mutual funds).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
