Our client, a leading company in the fire protection industry specializing in the installation and maintenance of sprinkler systems and other fire safety equipment, is seeking a qualified Sprinkler Installer to join their team. As part of their growth, our client aims to strengthen their workforce to ensure the safety of buildings and lives through efficient and reliable fire protection systems.

Tasks

  • Install sprinkler systems in various types of buildings (commercial, industrial, residential) in accordance with plans and fire safety standards.
  • Read and interpret installation plans and diagrams for sprinkler systems.
  • Perform tests and checks on installed systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with current regulations.
  • Carry out commissioning and preventive maintenance of sprinkler systems.
  • Work closely with the construction site team to ensure installations are completed on time and meet quality and safety standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to regulatory standards during the installation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • CCQ 416 card as a sprinkler installer (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in sprinkler system or plumbing installation (minimum 2 years).
  • Knowledge of fire safety standards and building codes.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and precision in task execution.
  • Valid driver’s license (an asset).
  • Ability to work at heights and in various environments (commercial and industrial buildings).

  • Experience in sprinkler installation or plumbing systems.
