Tasks
Manage a team of 15 to 30 employees.
Ensure efficient factory production while adhering to HACCP standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Optimize human and material resources.
Effectively meet the operational requirements of the company in terms of safety, quality, and production.
Collaborate with teams from other departments, including quality and maintenance.
Address various issues and manage unforeseen circumstances effectively.
Manage the working conditions of unionized employees in accordance with the collective labor agreement.
Ensure sufficient products are available for the following day's production needs, in collaboration with the production planner.
Monitor performance indicators (K.P.I.).
Perform any other related tasks as required by the role.

Job requirements
Experience working in the food industry (important).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and initiative.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and manage unforeseen situations.
Able to work in cold environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to rally people.
