Our client is looking for a team player and focused on customer communication to fill Food Services Manager positions in the West Island.


  • Manage the meal production process.
  • Coordinate and manage the kitchen team (up to 7 non-unionized employees).
  • Manage different food banners.
  • Ensure good quality of food services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administer food and labour costs.
  • Prepare schedules and plan training.
  • Ensure sound management of health and hygiene programs.
  • Implement marketing plans.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements

  • Food service experience (corporate or catering environment) - an asset.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen management for special events requiring a more sought-after menu.
  • Certificate in Hygiene and Sanitation.
  • Diploma in Restaurant Management, Dietetics or Institutional Cooking.
  • Administration and accounting experience.
