Our client, a long-established company in the agricultural services and products sector, is seeking a Franchise Director for its branches in the Centre-du-Québec region. You will oversee all activities and lead the teams under your responsibility to achieve their goals. Tasks

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and organization of service and sales point operations.
  • Participate in business development.
  • Travel between different branches.
  • Lead sales, distribution, and marketing activities.
  • Implement sales and promotion projects to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Communicate, negotiate, and manage relationships with various distributors.
  • Define, implement, and improve operational management systems.
  • Take part in the recruitment, integration, and evaluation processes for your teams.
  • Supervise, support, mobilize, and motivate your teams (10-20 people).
  • Ensure compliance with rules, standards, and company policies.
  • Plan and monitor all operations to maximize results.
  • Establish annual budgets for your sector and ensure sound financial management.
  • Ensure inventories align with objectives.
  • Analyze and report on team performance and activities within your sector.
  • Maintain operating permits for the branches.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma (required).
  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in management or a related field (asset).
  • Bilingualism (asset).
  • 1 year of experience in a management position.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in multi-site management.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
  • Proficient in new technologies and IT.
