They provide parts and services for all major brands in the industry, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. After over 80 years in business. They are currently seeking motivated and experienced Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians to join their Burlington team.

Tasks

  • Responsible for preparing work orders, ordering required parts, following up with the vendors.
  • Makes sure to receive parts in order to complete the assigned service work.
  • Prepares service work reports on time.
  • Keep focus on customer service and resolves any issues and ensures that to follow company philosophy.
  • Identify on increasing revenues, improving operating efficiencies and overall customer satisfaction through the timely completion of service work.
  • Responsible for identifying, diagnose and repairing any machinery issues.
  • Effectively communicate with the management, supervisor, third parties and ensures timely delivery.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 421A license or an apprentice / 310 license or an apprentice is mostly preferred.
  • Must be able to operate heavy duty equipment safely and competently.
  • Hands-on experience operating power & hand tools, torches, welding equipment, air tools etc.
  • Some electrical knowledge is preferrable.
  • Exceptional customer service & Communications skills.
  • Proficient in MS office and other software.
  • Must be willing to attend and complete required training initiatives.
