They are currently seeking a field technician with dealership experience who will be responsible for improving operating efficiencies and overall customer satisfaction for Parts department in Saskatchewan.
Tasks
Develop and implement a "Customer Service, Customer Focused" mentality within the department and the branch.
Boost revenue, enhance operational effectiveness, and increase overall customer satisfaction through the prompt completion of field service work.
Manage every element of assigned field service calls.
Diagnose and repair machine to identify fault codes, including computer connection/diagnosis.
Communicate with vendor, proactive customer contact to properly identify machine faults
Buy the necessary parts and following up to make sure they arrive in order to finish the assigned service.

Job requirements
Knowledge of Heavy Equipment & Parts Inventory.
Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience required.
Licensed Heavy Equipment Certification/license or equivalent.
3 to 5 years in field experience from dealership.
