In this role, you will be required to travel throughout Quebec to directly serve clients in mines, quarries, workshops, and specialized job sites.
Tasks
Diagnosing and repairing equipment in the workshop or directly at the client's location.
Repairing or re-machining hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical components.
Operating machines using remote controls or specialized tools.
Collaborating with manufacturers' technical support teams.
Completing work orders accurately (complaints, causes, solutions, time required).
Training operators on equipment usage.
Keeping the inventory of parts up to date in the service truck.
Ensuring the safety, orderliness, and cleanliness of the intervention zones.
Using technological tools to manage daily tasks (mobile app, tablet, etc.).
Maintaining the company’s professional image at all times.
Performing all other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEP in heavy equipment mechanics or relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Comfortable using mobile technology and connected tools.
Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors.
Proficiency in French and intermediate English for occasional communication with English-speaking suppliers (about 40% of the time).
