Your expertise in Human Resources and your passion for culture and history make you the ideal candidate for this opportunity. As the HR/Employee Relations Manager, your role will focus on managing employee relations, leading HR projects, and developing talent. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will help ensure the efficient management of the HR department within an environment enriched by history, culture, and exhibitions.
Tasks
Oversee the development and implementation of HR management programs and policies, as well as the management of employee relations;
Lead various HR projects aimed at improving workplace atmosphere and team engagement in collaboration with department heads;
Provide advisory support to managers on the interpretation of HR policies, the collective agreement, and human resource management programs;
Identify training needs, design and implement the annual training plan, and monitor the budget for training activities;
Promote and reinforce the organization’s values through various programs and initiatives;
Proactively monitor to ensure a healthy and harmonious work environment;
Support and advise managers on the performance management program;
Chair the committees on employee relations and health and safety, ensuring necessary follow-ups with the management team and staff;
Lead negotiations for the renewal of the collective agreement, handle complaints, and manage grievances and arbitration cases;
Conduct investigations and manage the application of disciplinary and administrative measures;
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or another relevant field;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Excellent command of spoken and written French, with functional English.
