Our client, a cooperative operating in the food industry, is looking for an HR generalist for its factory located in Saint-Damase.
Tasks
Recruit for unionized positions.
Work with the international division for temporary foreign workers.
Manage OHS and disability files for unionized employees.
Take charge of HR policies, application of the collective agreement and various labour laws and regulations.
Apply and draft disciplinary measures (if necessary).
Assist the HRD during grievance and WRC committees.
Maintain positive and harmonious labour relations.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
At least 4 years of experience in human resources and labour relations.
Proficiency in the Office suite.
Excellent command of French and an intermediate level of English.
