They are seeking a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about challenges. Tasks
Developing and implementing a recruitment strategy.
Developing, coordinating, leading, and supervising all HR initiatives, including recruitment, internal communications, appreciation programs, training, skill development, and occupational health, safety, and well-being.
Advising leadership on human resource management.
Proposing and developing human resource management policies and procedures.
Onboarding employees.
Developing strategies, procedures, and tools to promote organizational health and strengthen employer brand.
Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
At least five years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in a unionized environment.
Good knowledge of provincial and federal laws.
Flexibility to travel occasionally to Montreal.
Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and oral.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
