Tasks

  • Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Organize the welcome and integration of new hires.
  • Draft all administrative documentation related to human resources.
  • Coordinate training activities to ensure employer legal compliance.
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of necessary equipment for employees.
  • Administer employee files, including disciplinary actions.
  • Manage files related to claims with CNESST.
  • Verify worked hours for payroll preparation.
  • Ensure the management of documentation related to contract terminations.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • University degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Experience in an environment governed by a collective agreement.
  • Expertise in health and safety at work.
  • Good knowledge of labor regulations and collective agreements.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, which will be used up to 50% of the time in daily communications.
