Tasks
Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
Organize the welcome and integration of new hires.
Draft all administrative documentation related to human resources.
Coordinate training activities to ensure employer legal compliance.
Manage the distribution and tracking of necessary equipment for employees.
Administer employee files, including disciplinary actions.
Manage files related to claims with CNESST.
Verify worked hours for payroll preparation.
Ensure the management of documentation related to contract terminations.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
University degree in human resources management or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in a human resources role.
Experience in an environment governed by a collective agreement.
Expertise in health and safety at work.

Advanced proficiency in English, which will be used up to 50% of the time in daily communications.
