Our client, located in Saint-Lin-Laurentides, is looking for a solution-oriented, autonomous person, an ethical and professional team player in the field of human resources to join the team as a Human Resources Advisor. Tasks

  • Tasks:
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Director on recruitment strategies to be implemented.
  • Carry out the entire recruitment process: posting, interview, staffing.
  • Take part in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure payroll processing and follow up on salary changes, vacations and sick or parental leave.
  • Ensure the development and updating of various organizational documents (human resources management policies, salary grid, work contracts, employee manual, etc.).
  • Manage the annual evaluation process and the benefits file, and act as a resource person for employee questions.
  • Meet the training and skill development needs of employees and encourage recognition for all.
  • Enforce the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) program and manage the OHS training program.
  • Support managers in employee files in the event of disciplinary or administrative measures.
  • Perform any related tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or a combination of experience and training deemed relevant.
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of human resources.
  • You have the CHRP designation (asset).
  • You are very familiar with labor laws.
  • Excellent command of French; English is an asset.
  • You use the Microsoft Office suite with ease.
