Tasks

  • Collaborate with the regional Director of Operations to assess recruitment needs.
  • Participate in the recruitment process.
  • Support warehouse managers in personnel management and labor relations.
  • Contribute to annual evaluations in support of warehouse managers.
  • Assist in establishing workplace health and safety policies (OHS) with the OHS Coordinator.
  • Manage documentation in case of workplace accidents.
  • Collaborate with warehouse managers to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Draft disciplinary notices and other letters.
  • Conduct disciplinary meetings and support managers in this area.
  • Occasionally perform document translations into English.
  • Carry out other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR generalist.
  • Excellent level of bilingualism (French and English).
  • Possess a good understanding of labor standards (OHS and HR laws).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft.
