Tasks
Collaborate with the regional Director of Operations to assess recruitment needs.
Participate in the recruitment process.
Support warehouse managers in personnel management and labor relations.
Contribute to annual evaluations in support of warehouse managers.
Assist in establishing workplace health and safety policies (OHS) with the OHS Coordinator.
Manage documentation in case of workplace accidents.
Collaborate with warehouse managers to ensure compliance with company policies.
Draft disciplinary notices and other letters.
Conduct disciplinary meetings and support managers in this area.
Occasionally perform document translations into English.
Carry out other related tasks.

Job requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any other related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR generalist.
Excellent level of bilingualism (French and English).
Possess a good understanding of labor standards (OHS and HR laws).
Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft.
