To support our clients in their various HR challenges by offering creative, personalized, and sustainable solutions, as well as contributing to our growth through the completion of diverse human resources and organizational development mandates.   • Serve as an HR and organizational development consultant ((labor laws, labor relations, manager coaching, recruiting, health and safety, compensation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their needs and define mandates.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to clients.
  • Implement interventions based on best practices to meet organizational needs.
  • Review, develop, and implement tailored HR action plans, policies, programs, strategies, and tools for clients.
  • Write service proposals.
  • Carry out prospecting activities to identify and acquire new potential clients.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or Organizational Development (an asset).
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in HR and/or organizational development, working on HR projects for SMEs.
  • Excellent knowledge of compensation, health and safety, and labor relations.
  • Bilingualism in french and english (written and spoken).
  • Access to a vehicle for visiting existing and potential clients.
  • Possession of the CRHA designation.
