A position for a Human Resources Coordinator is now available at their Lachine branch.


  • Participating in the recruitment process.
  • Preparing job offers, hiring documents, and employee benefits.
  • Maintaining all internal HR documentation.
  • Conducting the onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Ensuring compliance in employee records.
  • Maintaining the employee evaluation system and providing support in the performance evaluation process.
  • Drafting HR documentation and various letters for employees.
  • Being the key contact for CNESST matters for both external and internal parties.
  • Collaborating in the workplace incident prevention program.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with various external recruitment organizations (educational institutions, recruitment firms, etc.).
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a minimum of a University certificate in HRM.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Bilingualism - both oral and written.
