Our client, a manufacturer specializing in the production of aluminum products and an international company with customers worldwide, is currently seeking a new Human Resources Manager.

You will report to the Vice President of Finance and oversee all aspects of HR management and processes within the company.

Tasks
Lead, build and develop the Human Resources department.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Human Resources department for Canada and the United States.
Develops, proposes and implements human resources program strategy in collaboration with the Vice President.
Supervise and evaluate the staff of the team under his/her direction.
Analyze all HR department processes and propose continuous improvement based on best practices.
Ensure the management of HR processes within the company, that they comply with the standards and labor laws of Canada and the United States.
Coach and support managers in workplace disputes and ensure proper documentation is in place.
Manage benefit programs.
Maintain an organizational staffing structure.
Create a strategic selection recruitment plan.
Develop, publish and maintain human resources policies.
Perform all other related duties and manage projects as requested.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or industrial relations.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership and human resource management experience.
Possess a professional designation.
Fluently bilingual in both French and English.
Experience in managing day-to-day human resources activities.
