Tasks
Responsible for talent recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Manage labor relations by setting goals, plans, and priorities.
Be part of the negotiation team, and contribute to the preparation of negotiation strategies and the review of collective bargaining projects.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of negotiations.
Inform the management about negotiated contractual changes.
Train management or staff on HR systems and new practices.
Supervise the performance management process.
Support global rewards, compensation, and benefits programs.
Manage the team, including performance, objectives, and all personnel processes.
Handle government grants related to employees.
Update employee records.
Revise job descriptions as needed.
Guide management in implementing progressive discipline.
Inform employees about benefits and company policies.
Support the company's culture and values by encouraging employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with legal rules and safety regulations.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations, Labor Relations, or Organizational Development.
Have at least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or unionized environment.
Good knowledge of the Office suite.
Excellent bilingualism.
Have participated in the process of union negotiations or grievances and be familiar with collective agreements, etc.
Possession of SHRM certification is an asset.
