Tasks
Provide customer service at the counter, over the phone, via text message, and by email.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Prepare quotes, invoices, and orders in collaboration with the purchasing team.
Ensure product distribution to customers according to counter orders.
Conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers.
Work closely with the distribution team and sales representatives to manage operational challenges.
Maintain inventory accuracy in the system.
Assist the warehouse team when needed (physical tasks).
Perform any other related duties as requested by the supervisor.

Job requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service.
Minimum of two years of experience in the HVAC industry.
High school diploma.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software tools, such as Power BI.
Ability to perform physical tasks when required (must be able to lift up to 25 kg).
Advanced English proficiency (English will be used in approximately 50% of daily communications).
College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in building mechanics, air conditioning and ventilation systems, or relevant training in a related field (an asset).
Experience in the construction industry (an asset).
