The sought-after professional will play the role of expert in process instrumentation and control, actively contributing to existing process modernization projects and new initiatives. He will be responsible for the design and implementation of new processes and equipment within production.
Tasks
Collaborate closely with technical employees and other engineers to design and implement new process control systems or improve existing systems.
Take responsibility for clarifying requirements and writing technical documents for all process control systems.
Identify process control elements, specify requirements for data collection and configure display to operation interfaces.
Analyze processes and define solutions to optimize operations and systems.
Provide technical support to production and design teams, and actively participate in the implementation of new systems.
Develop plans and specifications for the installations, while ensuring the management of the technical aspects of the installation work, from the preparation of the call for tenders to the supervision of the work, including the evaluation of tenders and the award of contracts.
Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering or building engineering.
Member of the OIQ.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Mastery of the French language both orally and in writing.
Functional English.
Good knowledge of systems.
