Tasks
Manage and coordinate the needs during a move.
Assess the requirements for labor and material resources upon receiving (photos, reports).
Follow up with clients, insurers, and partners.
Participate in business development and maintain relationships with insurance companies.
Provide professional, empathetic, and timely service at all times.

Job requirements
Experience in the moving industry; knowledge of the claims process, restoration, or insurance is an asset.
Knowledge of damage assessment processes.
Excellent time management skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work with different departments and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge of English, used for up to 50% of the time to interact with clients.
