Tasks
Supervise daily inventory management and control activities.
Ensure accuracy of inventory quantities and product movements within the system.
Implement and monitor procedures to maintain reliable and up-to-date inventory records.
Track inventory levels and identify replenishment needs.
Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Plan and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Monitor inventory and operational performance indicators.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and material flow.
Ensure the availability of materials required for operations.
Work closely with various departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
Supervise, coach, and motivate a small team to achieve departmental objectives.
Participate in process improvements and inventory management system optimization.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and best practices.
Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making and performance improvement.
Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Requirements:
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including experience in inventory management, materials planning/MRP, and warehouse operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of team supervision experience.
Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
Professional bilingualism in French and English is required (approximately 50% of communications are conducted in English).
