Tasks
Act as a central point of contact for the client base as well as internal departments.
Prepare quotes for customers.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with all partner carriers while ensuring their accuracy and minimizing the risk of delays.
File all documentation relating to shipment and payments.
Check damaged or missing freight in the warehouse when required.
Carry out other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in a logistics brokerage environment.
Experience with oversized or flat bed trailers.
TDG certification would be an asset.
Basic knowledge of all MS Office applications.
Excellent communication skills in both English and French, verbal and written.
