Tasks
Develop programs for new CNC lathes.
Prepare the start-up and select the necessary tooling for the manufacturing of precision parts.
Set up and operate CNC lathes.
Optimize programs to maximize production efficiency while maintaining high precision standards.
Make adjustments and corrections during production to maintain accuracy and resolve existing issues.
Perform regular dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEP in machining techniques and/or DEC in mechanical engineering or any other training deemed relevant.
Minimum 5 years or more of experience as a CNC Programmer Machinist.
Good knowledge of Mastercam and/or ESPRIT programming.
Experience in machining molds and precision parts is a strong asset.
Knowledge of Goodway and Mazak CNC Lathes is an asset.
