Our client has developed a pub-food-style menu to accompany his wide selection of microbrewery beers and spirits. Now, he's looking for a manager who can take charge of the team on the restaurant floor and deliver such exceptional customer service that customers will be delighted to return time and time again. The town of Fermont is calling you for a long-term mission, and our client is waiting for you with open arms!
Tasks
Supervise a team of about 10 people.
Work with management to achieve restaurant objectives.
Manage the inventory and orders of products and spirits so that nothing is missing.
Maintain excellent customer service.
Participate in general equipment maintenance.
Enjoy planning the restaurant's theme evenings.
Organize various events that are sure to be appreciated!
Perform all tasks related to your role as manager.

Job requirements
A manager at heart, you've been in this role for at least 1 year.
With experience in the field, you have worked in the restaurant business for at least 3 years.
You are fluent in written French.
Desired profile
Autonomous, you take the initiative in making decisions to ensure your day runs smoothly.
You're adventurous, and neither moving to Fermont nor managing the team on the restaurant floor scares you.
Attentive, you know how to listen to your team while keeping an eye on your other responsibilities.
