Tasks
Read and interpret technical drawings and welding plans for simple and complex components.
Prepare materials, tools, and parts required for metal assembly.
Perform MIG welding on aluminum according to established procedures.
Deliver welds that ensure the strength, durability, and safety of structures.
Clean, deburr, and visually inspect welds to guarantee a high-quality finish.
Follow all workshop safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Job requirements
DEP in Welding and Fabrication or an equivalent Quebec-recognized training.
Minimum 4 years of MIG welding experience on aluminum in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Access to a car for easy travel between workshops.
Excellent manual dexterity and confidence using various welding tools and equipment.
Strong metric measurement skills and ability to read precise measurements.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible, with a strong sense of accountability.
