Here’s a golden opportunity to lead the operations of two gaming halls offering poker tables and traditional games in Québec City and Trois-Rivières. We’re looking for an exceptional manager—someone passionate about customer service, meticulous about compliance, and capable of inspiring on-site teams. What’s in store for you: You’ll be the operational conductor of both establishments, with the mission of delivering a memorable customer experience, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing outstanding leadership to your teams. **Please note: the job title posted may differ from the internal job title to reflect commonly used market terminology**.

Tasks

  • Oversee the daily operations of gaming tables and equipment with efficiency and precision.
  • Ensure flawless enforcement of game rules, in strict compliance with standards and gaming integrity.
  • Supervise and engage teams, provide ongoing training, and maintain a motivating work environment.
  • Optimize the performance of the gaming halls using key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging events and build customer loyalty.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
  • Manage scheduling, approve timesheets, and ensure top-tier customer service quality.
  • Other: Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements

  • Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a casino, gaming hall, or a similar environment is a strong asset.
  • Solid knowledge of table games and their rules is a major advantage.
  • Natural leadership, outstanding customer service skills, autonomy, and sound judgment.
  • Daytime availability, with flexibility for some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
