Our client is a well-known for the storage, consolidating and distribution of flooring materials company based in Richmond, BC and is looking for an Office Administrator.
Tasks
Responsible for creating reports and submit to management.
Respond incoming calls, check voice mail, transfer calls and monitor emails at all times.
Manage all customer requests of shipping needs.
Responsible for data entry for freight on outbound trailers.
Ability to multitask is crucial.
Assist other departments with their needs as they arise.
Carrying out any other tasks.

Job requirements
Certificate / diploma in Office Administration is required.
1 to 3 years of experience working in an office environment.
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

Able to manage significant workload.
