Our client is a well-known for the storage, consolidating and distribution of flooring materials company based in Richmond, BC and is looking for an Office Administrator.

Tasks

  • Respond phone calls and emails, prepare official documents.
  • Manages various office documents and ensure organize office areas.
  • Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices.
  • Ensures to open, sort, and distribute incoming mails and correspondence.
  • Responsible for creating reports and submit to management.
  • Manage inventory, order office supplies and ensure to keep track.
  • Carrying out any other tasks.

Job requirements

  • Certificate / diploma in Office Administration is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in an office environment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
