Our client is a well-known for the storage, consolidating and distribution of flooring materials company based in Richmond, BC and is looking for an Office Administrator.
Respond phone calls and emails, prepare official documents.
Manages various office documents and ensure organize office areas.
Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices.
Ensures to open, sort, and distribute incoming mails and correspondence.
Responsible for creating reports and submit to management.
Manage inventory, order office supplies and ensure to keep track.
Carrying out any other tasks.

Dynamic and team-oriented environment.
Certificate / diploma in Office Administration is required.
1 to 3 years of experience working in an office environment.
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Be reliable and efficient.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
Able to manage significant workload.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
